Can you supply lockers for damp or wet areas ?

Supreme lockers are made from aluminium and compact laminates and are best suited to wet area use. Supertuff lockers are made from polyethylene so can even be used out doors! Don’t forget though wet area locks will also be needed for this type of application.

Can I get sloping tops for your lockers ?

Sloping tops make for easier cleaning and stops locker tops from being for used for additional storage which makes your changing room look untidy. Classic, Premier, Supreme and timber lockers can be ordered with integral sloping tops. A separate sloping top unit can be purchased for Supertuff lockers

I need lockers to help distribute overalls in the factory, can you help ?

Yes, no problem! lockers can be supplied with hasp locks to take users own padlocks, coin return locks which retain the key when the locker is opened or combination locks which can be set every time the locker is used. These have a key over ride system to stop misuse.

Are lockers supplied flat packed ?

No. All our lockers are supplied ready to install and use.

I need lockers that can be shared by users on different shifts, can you help ?

We have a range of workwear lockers to enable easy collection and distribution of workwear whether by your own staff or an eternal agency. Why not call for further information.

What distance should I leave between rows of lockers ?

For lockers facing each other we would recommend a minimum of 1200mm, for lockers facing a wall 900mm. If you add benching into the equation it becomes a little more complicated. Are coat hooks supplied in your steel lockers ?

Single tier lockers have a single top shelf with a fixed coat hook beneath. Two tier lockers have a single fixed hook in each compartment. Hooks are not usually supplied in lockers that have 3 or more tiers. Additional hooks and hanging rails can be added as optional extras.

Do I need a plinth for your lockers ?

All lockers are manufactured with a small plinth which raises the bottom of the door off the ground so strictly speaking an additional plinth is not needed. However, locker stands and plinths are available to raise the units off the ground (usually by around 150mm, ) to help prevent damage during the process of floor cleaning.

Can I buy lockers off the shelf from stock ?

No. Due to the huge variants of locker styles, dimensions, colours and lock options all our lockers are made to order. We try to keep our lead times to a minimum (usually 3 – 4 weeks) but, as you would expect, this can extend during busier period like school holidays.

Can I fit locker myself ?

Lockers are relatively simple to install by a competent DIY person. We do offer a complete installation service if you prefer.
